We filter this using nano filters so there should be no dust and grit at all in our product ! It’s very clean and can be check by kepting under front teeth .Secondly we use herbal spring water to purify this and then kept this under sun for few days to get it dry ! And then send a sample of it to lab for testing before packing .It’s a gold graded shilajit! Colour is black and when you dissolve this in water it gives you a red wine colour shade in light which is considered as the best and rare shilajit in the world .

Directions:

Take  (300mg – 500 mg)it s Good to mix with warm goat milk and honey and It can be taken both with milk and water.or directly on empty stomach like 30 minutes before your breakfast !You can consume twice a day depends on the need of your body Note: Diabetes can be controlled by regular dosage of Shilajit . Average dosage of Shilajit taken per day should be between 300 to 500 mg.
