It’s very clean and can be check by kepting under front teeth .Secondly we use herbal spring water to purify this and then kept this under sun for few days to get it dry ! And then send a sample of it to lab for testing before packing .It’s a Gold Graded Shilajit! Colour is black and when you dissolve this in water it gives you a red wine colour shade in light which is considered as the best and rare shilajit in the world .

Directions:

Take about the size of pea (300mg – 500 mg) directly on empty stomach an hour before breakfast! Can also be taken with hot water or milk Ingredients: 100% Himalayan Pure Shilajit.
